Please read these terms before using soleagent
These terms explain how soleagent accounts can be used, how subscriptions and payments work, what the platform is and isn't responsible for, and how either side may end the relationship. By signing up or continuing to use the service you agree to them.
Accepting the terms
Signing up or continuing to use soleagent means you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, and the disclaimer. Users must be 18+ or have legal guardian consent.
Account security
Use a unique, strong password and rotate it if you spot suspicious activity. Loss caused by leaked or shared credentials remains the account holder's responsibility.
Acceptable use
Don't use the platform for illegal activity, evading third-party limits, scraping, harassment, malicious content, or uploading infringing images / text. Violators may be paused or terminated.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans auto-renew on the chosen cycle. Cancel anytime in settings; paid features remain until the period ends. Charges are generally non-refundable except where local law requires.
Data, IP, and liability
Your inventory data stays yours — you grant soleagent a limited license to operate the service. soleagent's code and brand are ours. The service is "as is"; total liability is capped at the past 12 months of subscription fees.
Termination and governing law
You can delete your account anytime; we may close accounts for violations, long inactivity, or service shutdown. These terms may be updated on this page. Governed by Taiwan law; disputes go first to the Taipei District Court.
